Property Setup

Set up a Property with Utility and Billing details. The Utility provider is used to determine the Rate charged to individual units.
Billing details allow customizing the montly billing cycle and delivery method for invoices sent to tenants.

Service Property

Additional user entered property description here. Utility service rates will be sourced for the utility based on property parameters. The rate, however can be overridden as necessary.

  • Unit type: Multi-family Fourplex
  • Meter size: 3/4" Metered
  • South Tahoe Public Utility District (STPUD)
  • Schedule: Monthly on 7th
